TALOS FLIGHT, TERMS OF USE

By loading or playing Talos Flight you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not play.


1. PERMISSION TO PLAY

Transcendiant Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial,
revocable permission to load and play the game in a web browser from an authorised address listed
in LICENSE. That is the whole of the permission granted. It is not a sale, and no ownership or
other right passes to you.


2. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

You may not:

    copy, host, mirror, republish or redistribute the game or any part of it;
    modify, translate, adapt or create derivative works from it;
    decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer it, or extract its assets, geometry, audio or data;
    remove, obscure or alter any copyright, author, watermark or attribution notice;
    sell, rent, sublicense or commercially exploit it, or charge for access to it;
    frame or embed it in another site;
    scrape it or collect it by automated means, including for machine-learning training;
    use it to build a competing product;
    interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service;
    use it for any unlawful purpose.


3. YOUR RECORDINGS

Video you record and export with the Film Studio is produced and stored on your own device. You
may share your own recordings and screenshots, including publicly and with monetisation, provided
you do not present the game as your own work and do not redistribute the game itself.


4. AVAILABILITY

The game is offered free of charge and as available. Transcendiant Labs may change, suspend,
restrict or discontinue the game, any mission, any feature or any address at any time, without
notice and without liability. Saved progress lives only in your browser and may be lost.


5. HEALTH

Read the health notice in LICENSE section 6 before playing. The game contains flashing lights,
strobing and rapid motion.


6. NO WARRANTY, AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The disclaimer of warranty in LICENSE section 7 and the limitation of liability in LICENSE section
8 apply in full to these terms and are incorporated here by reference.


7. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS AND TRADE MARKS

Third-party components keep their own licences, set out in THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.txt. The trade
mark and non-affiliation statement in LICENSE section 4 applies to these terms.


8. PRIVACY

See PRIVACY.txt.


9. TERMINATION

Your permission to play ends automatically if you breach these terms. Sections 2, 6, 7 and 10
survive termination.


10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its
conflict of law rules, and the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have jurisdiction
over any dispute arising from them.


11. ENTIRE NOTICE

These terms, together with LICENSE, PRIVACY.txt and THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.txt, are the entire
agreement between you and Transcendiant Labs concerning the game. If any provision is held
unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
